At LuxePerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened fragrance in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer box and use protective cushioning to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to verify the seal is intact, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
