Yes, every fragrance sold at LuxePerfumes is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original fashion houses. We guarantee the quality and origin of every bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom shelf.
What is your return policy for opened bottles?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How long will shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, they must be shipped via ground transportation, which may take slightly longer than air mail.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, LuxePerfumes only ships within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based fragrances.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.
